Salsa y Merengue at Sevilla in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter starting at 8:30pm and Sundays at Tio Leo's at 7:30PM

Salsa is happening  in San Diego and we invite you to join Valerie for fun salsa dancing.  We teach, promote, and generally party out of San Diego number one Salsa Club, Cafe Sevilla.  Our Dance Studio  is Dancing Unlimited in the North Park area of town.

Beginners are welcome!!!

Valerie provides a  basic Salsa and Merengue lesson* every Wednesday and Thusday nights, starting at 8:30pm at Sevilla in the Gaslamp and Tio Leo's on Sundays at 7:30PM  She will show you the basic steps of salsa, forward-backward-break and circular-style. Included in the lesson is a simple partnering sequence of moves that'll make you look and feel like a professional dancer by the end of the night.

Basic Salsa and Merengue Lesson *

After she is done taking you though the basics of Salsa, she'll show you a fun dance style, called Merengue, a simple 2-beat dance.

Wed and Thurs Salsa Club Dancing starts at 10:00 PM at Sevilla and 8:30PM on Sundays at Tio Leo's just off of Morena Blve (5302 Napa St 92110)  Nothing but  high energy Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha and Bachata. Try out that new dance move, don't be shy, ask someone to dance.

Don't let Sunday Salsa end. Salsa CA has moved our Sunday Salsa event from Sevilla  to Tio Leo's. We are starting at 7:30PM with Valerie's signature Salsa/Merengue Class.   DJ New Yo Rican & DJ Andre will hold down the fort playing the Best Salsa, Merengue, Bachata and Cha Cha starting at 8:30PM.  Drink specials and scrumptious appetizers available.   Our Sunday Salsa event will remain a casual night of  friendly festivities and dancing.  Hope to see you there.  Keep Sunday Salsa Alive support Club Bongo within Tio Leo's on Sundays.
