Every once in a while Sevilla hosts a special event such as this don't miss the fun! We will be providing advance tickets that can be purchased at Sevilla to assure that you don't miss out. This event will sell out so please consider this a warning to my friends! Salsa y Merengue at Sevilla in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter starting at 8:30pm... Salsa is happening in San Diego and we invite you to join Valerie for fun salsa dancing. We teach, promote, and generally party out of San Diego number one Salsa Club, Cafe Sevilla. Our Dance Studio is Dancing Unlimited in the North Park area of town. Beginners are welcome!!!Valerie provides a basic Salsa and Merengue lesson* every Tuesday thru Thusday night, starting at 8:30pm. She will show you the basic steps of salsa, forward-backward-break and circular-style. Included in the lesson is a simple partnering sequence of moves that'll make you look and feel like a professional dancer by the end of the night. Basic Salsa and Merengue Lesson *After she is done taking you though the basics of Salsa, she'll show you a fun dance style, called Merengue, a simple 2-beat dance. The Salsa Club Dancing starts at 10:00 PM with high energy Salsa, Merengue and Cha Cha. Try out that new dance move, don't be shy, ask someone to dance. *cost of these classes is included in the Club's cover charge
